Superb attention to detail in educating me ahead of the surgery, customizing the prosthesis to fit my hip, minimizing need for pain meds, excellent care and fresh food at the Recovery Inn, prompt response to my after-hours question/concern, plus encouraging and helpful daily texts throughout 7 or 8 weeks after surgery.
